Chesue's Commisions

The artist retains the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

It is highly encourage and appreciated for the client to atleast provide clear references and details about their request.

If the client is not able to do a full payment yet, a non-refundable deposit (50%) must be made before work begins.

Payment is accepted via PayPal or Gcash. The remaining balance must be paid before the final artwork is sent.

For PayPal payments, please do not include any notes or descriptions to avoid transaction issues or account limitations.

The client will be given a draft sketch first in the start for their approval.

The artist will provide progress updates at key stages (sketch, line art, coloring, etc.)

The client may request up to 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions after that may incur extra charges. Major changes after approval of the final piece will require additional payment.

The commission can take between 3 to 8 weeks to complete.

The final artwork will be delivered digitally in high resolution PNG via email in two versions one without a watermark and one with a watermark.

The artist retains full rights to the artwork, including its usage in portfolios and promotional materials. Clients may choose whether their commission can be posted as: Full image, Cropped/partial preview, Not posted at all (private commission).

The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.

Reselling, altering, or leveraging the artwork for NFTs or AI training is absolutely prohibited.

If the client intends to use the artwork for commercial purposes (including but not limited to business use, merchandise, branding, or monetized content), an additional fee of 50%–75% of the original price will be applied depending on the scope of use
